Count Riprand Arco-Zinneberg

Count Arco-Zinneberg is a Senior Advisor at Crestview. He is President and founder (1987) of American Asset Corporation (AAC), a privately-held real estate investment and development company in the U.S., headquartered in New York City. Born in Munich, Germany, Count Arco was raised in Germany and Austria. Educated in Germany, he studied architecture at the Technical University in Munich and holds an engineering and architectural master’s degree. In 1982, he left Germany for America and worked in Charlotte, N.C. and subsequently moved to Toronto, Canada to work in real estate development and investment firms. AAC has total development assets in excess of $1.8 billion. Count Arco also holds majority interests in farming, forest products, brewery and real estate interests in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic. Count Arco was for a time Chairman of YPO Germany.

Barry Friedberg

Barry S. Friedberg is a Senior Advisor at Crestview. He is President and CEO of FriedbergMilstein, a CLO manager with $1.4 billion of assets under management and on the board of directors of Emigrant Bank. In 2003 Mr. Friedberg retired from Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. where he was an Executive Vice President and a member of the firm’s Executive Management Committee. He was responsible for management of the Global Investment Banking Group from 1985 until 1993. Mr. Friedberg received his A.B. from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

Stephen Friedman

Stephen Friedman is a Senior Advisor at Crestview. Mr. Friedman is a retired Chairman of Goldman Sachs & Co. He currently serves as Chairman of Stone Point Capital, LLC. He is Chairman of the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board and of the Intelligence Oversight Board. From December 2002 to December 2004, he served as Assistant to President George W. Bush for Economic Policy and Director of the National Economic Council. Mr. Friedman is currently a board member of The Goldman Sachs Group, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, The Aspen Institute and the Council on Foreign Relations. Prior affiliations include Chairman of the Board of Columbia University. Mr. Friedman received a B.A. from Cornell University and an LL.B from Columbia University Law School where he as an editor of the Law Review.

Alan McCollough

Alan McCollough is a Senior Advisor at Crestview. He worked formerly at Circuit City Stores, Inc., where he became CEO in June 2000, after 13 years of extensive experience in merchandising and store management. Circuit City is the second largest U.S. electronics retailer, headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. McCollough began his professional career in 1987 with the textile manufacturer Milliken and Company as general manager of corporate operations. He became President and Chief Operating Officer in 1997; he also oversaw the growth of the company’s CarMax automobile superstore businesses and spun it out in 2002. In 2000, he assumed as well the role of CEO and in 2002 he was named Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. McCollough received a BS from Missouri Valley College and an MBA from Southern Illinois University. He served in the US Navy as an operations officer on a minesweeper.

Mackey McDonald

Mackey McDonald is a Senior Advisor at Crestview. He retired as Chairman and CEO of VF Corporation (NYSE: VFC), a world leader in branded apparel with $7 billion in sales. Headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, VF is the parent company of well-known brands such as Lee®, Wrangler®, JanSport®, Nautica®, The North Face®, Vans®, REEF® and Seven For All Mankind®. McDonald was Chairman from October 1998-August 2008. He also held the title of CEO from 1996-2007, and the title of President from 1993 to 2006. Under his leadership, VF Corporation expanded its operations worldwide, building a portfolio of growing lifestyle brands sold in the U.S., Europe, South America and Asia. McDonald's career at VF began in 1983 when he joined the company's Lee division. McDonald holds a B.A. degree from Davidson College and a M.B.A. in Marketing Management from Georgia State University. Prior to obtaining his M.B.A., McDonald was a pilot in the United States Army, where he flew missions in Vietnam. McDonald currently serves on the board of Wachovia Corporation and the Board of Trustees of Davidson College. He also is a member of the board of the RILA (Retail Industry Leader's Association) and the Executive Committee of the Greensboro Partnership.

Sir Nicholas Scheele

Sir Nick Scheele is a Senior Advisor at Crestview. He began his career at Ford in 1966 and became senior executive of Ford of Mexico in 1988, where he directed manufacturing and marketing operations. He next served as Chief Executive Officer of Jaguar Cars Ltd., from 1992 to 1999. In January 2000, Sir Nick was elected Chairman, Ford of Europe, and in August 2001 was appointed Group Vice President of Ford North America. From October 2001 through November 2004, Sir Nick served as President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Ford Motor Company and was a Member of the Office of the Chairman and Chief Executive Committee of the Board of Directors. In June 2001, Mr. Scheele was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II along with the Order of St Michael and St George for his services to British exports. Sir Nick serves as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Key Safety Systems. He is deeply involved in charity and community support projects.
