Joined Crestview in 2004. Prior to Crestview, Mr. Cassidy worked in private equity at Boston Ventures, where he evaluated, executed and monitored investments in the media and communications, entertainment and business services industries. He also worked for one year as the acting CFO of a portfolio company. Mr. Cassidy was an investment banking analyst at Alex. Brown & Sons, where he completed a range of financing and M&A assignments for companies in the consumer and business services sectors. Mr. Cassidy is a director of ValueOptions, OneLink and CWGS Enterprises. He is also responsible for monitoring firm investments in Charter Communications, Insight Communications and Cumulus Media. Mr. Cassidy received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He received an A.B. in Physics from Harvard College, cum laude.
