Camping World (NYSE: CWH) is a leading operator in the recreational vehicle (“RV”) industry. The company is a multi-store dealership and retailer of RVs and related products and services.

Jeff Marcus is a Vice-Chairman of Crestview. He spent over 50 years as an entrepreneur and investor in the media industry.

Jeff Marcus joined Crestview as a partner in 2004 and became a vice chairman in 2017. A long-time media and communications entrepreneur, Jeff was the founder, chairman and CEO of Marcus Cable, which at the time of its sale in 1998, was the largest privately held cable television company in the U.S. Jeff also founded an earlier cable company, Marcus Communications, which was merged into Western Tele-Communications, and Jeff became CEO of the renamed company, WestMarc Communications. Jeff also served as CEO and president of AMFM (formerly Chancellor Media), which at the time was the nation’s second largest radio company. Jeff is the chairman of WOW!. He previously served as a member of other public and private company boards including Camping World Holdings, Charter Communications, Insight Communications, OneLink Communications, Brinker International, WestMarc Communications, NEP Group and DS Services, where he served as chairman. Jeff received a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Cumulus is a radio broadcasting company in the U.S. It also operates a radio network division that produces and syndicates radio content for third-party stations.

Prior to the sale to Cott Corporation in 2014, DS was a direct-to-consumer beverage services company that was an industry-leader in home and office delivery of bottled water, and office coffee and filtration services.

Industrial Media produces and monetizes media content based on a portfolio of brands. During Crestview’s ownership, the company held interests in rights to the IDOL television franchise, the So You Think You Can Dance franchise, IPC and Sharp Entertainment.

Prior to its acquisition by Time Warner Cable in February 2012, Insight was the ninth largest cable operator in the U.S. with operations in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio. It offered a full suite of products to both residential and commercial customers.

NEP was among the largest global outsourced provider of comprehensive live and broadcast production solutions during Crestview’s ownership, with leading market positions in the U.S., Europe and Australia.

Prior to its sale in November 2012, OneLink was the sole provider of cable television services to the greater San Juan area and the largest provider of cable television services in Puerto Rico.

WideOpenWest, Inc. (“WOW!”) is one of the nation’s leading broadband providers, with a high-performing network that passes 1.9 million residential, business and wholesale customers.
