Mark Sutton

Mark Sutton is a Senior Advisor at Crestview. He retired as Chairman and CEO of UBS Americas in December of 2005. UBS is a full service financial services firm with over 65,000 employees worldwide. Under Sutton's leadership at UBS, the wealth management business grew market share, increased profitability and improved productivity. Mr. Sutton began his career in financial services in 1978 as a financial advisor for Merrill Lynch. He later joined Rotan Mosle, which was acquired by Paine Webber in 1983. Mr Sutton held the following management roles at Paine Webber: Branch Manager (1984-85), Division Manager (1986-88), Director of Transactional Services and COO of Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management (1988-92). Mr. Sutton joined Kidder Peabody in 1992 as CEO of Brokerage Unit and CEO of Investment Services Division. When Paine Webber acquired Kidder Peabody in 1995, Mr. Sutton transitioned to President of Paine Webber's Private Client Group. UBS acquired Paine Webber in 2000 and Mr. Sutton was appointed President and COO Wealth Management USA. Mr. Sutton graduated with a BSBA in Finance from the University of Arkansas, where he was also captain of the baseball team. He currently serves on the board of Munder Capital, the board of USA Track and Field Foundation, and the University of Arkansas Walton College Dean's Executive Advisory Board. Mr. Sutton previously served as Chairman of the Securities Industry Association.
