Roland Huang joined Crestview in 2024 following a secondment at Convergix Automation Solutions – a Crestview portfolio company. Previously, Roland spent two and a half years in investment banking, first in the general industrials group at Jarden and then the consumer and retail group at Lazard. He is from Sydney, Australia and graduated from The University of Sydney with a B. Commerce, majoring in finance and business analytics.
