Alex Binderow

Joined Crestview in August 2005 following two years in Bear, Stearns & Co.’s leveraged finance group. At Bear Stearns, Mr. Binderow worked on refinancings, LBOs and M&A financings across various industries. These transactions comprised both bank and high yield offerings (senior secured and senior subordinated). Mr. Binderow also worked at Bear Stearns as an intern the summer preceding his graduation from college. Mr. Binderow received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School with majors in Finance and Organization & Management.

Adam Klein

Joined Crestview in 2007 after completing his MBA at Harvard Business School. Prior to HBS, Mr. Klein worked as an analyst at Centennial Ventures where he evaluated and executed investments in early to mid-stage companies across multiple industries. Prior to joining Centennial, Mr. Klein worked both as an analyst at Compass Partners advising corporations and private equity firms on M&A transactions, joint ventures and leveraged buyouts and at Donaldson, Lufkin, Jenrette as a financial analyst in the media and telecom group. Mr. Klein received his undergraduate degree in Economics from Harvard College, cum laude.

Alex Rose

Joined Crestview in July 2006 after receiving his MBA from The Wharton School. Mr. Rose worked with Crestview during the summer of 2005. Prior to Wharton, Mr. Rose worked in business development at General Electric Company, pursuing acquisitions for the Specialty Materials and Infrastructure divisions. Before joining General Electric, Mr. Rose was an analyst at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Rose is on the board of Key Safety Systems. Mr. Rose received his undergraduate degree in Government from Harvard College, cum laude.
