Count Riprand Arco-Zinneberg

Count Arco-Zinneberg is a Senior Advisor at Crestview. He is President and founder (1987) of American Asset Corporation (AAC), a privately-held real estate investment and development company in the U.S., headquartered in New York City. Born in Munich, Germany, Count Arco was raised in Germany and Austria. Educated in Germany, he studied architecture at the Technical University in Munich and holds an engineering and architectural master’s degree. In 1982, he left Germany for America and worked in Charlotte, N.C. and subsequently moved to Toronto, Canada to work in real estate development and investment firms. AAC has total development assets in excess of $1.8 billion. Count Arco also holds majority interests in farming, forest products, brewery and real estate interests in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic. Count Arco was for a time Chairman of YPO Germany.
