Sydney Adams joined Crestview in 2022 after four years at Morgan Stanley, where she was selected for the institutional securities group’s rotational program. As part of the program, she completed rotations as an associate in the transportation and logistics investment banking group and the institutional equity division’s special situations group. Prior to joining the rotational program, Sydney was a junior associate in the firm’s equity research division, covering consumer staples. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in international relations and Russian and East European studies.
