Kevin Rabbitt is an operating executive at Crestview and currently serves as CEO of Hornblower Holdings. Prior to joining Hornblower Holdings, Kevin served as the CEO of NEP Group from January 2012 through June 2020. Kevin is also a director of Congruex and TenCate Grass. Prior to joining NEP Group, Kevin was the CEO of 3 Day Blinds, a manufacturer and multi-channel retailer of custom window coverings. He also worked for GES Exposition Services, a leading producer of face-to-face events and expositions. Kevin started as vice president of national operations and progressively advanced in the organization to EVP of products & services, chief operating officer and then president and CEO. Prior to GES, he was a consultant with Bain & Company. Kevin received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Rice University.
