Isaiah Sullivan joined Crestview in 2024 as a principal, focusing on industrial investments. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Convergix Automation, SyBridge Technologies and Digicomm International. Prior to joining Crestview, Isaiah was a vice president at Wind Point Partners, where he was involved in the firm’s investment efforts across the industrials, consumer and business services sectors. Before Wind Point, he worked as an associate at Stellex Capital Management, a private equity firm focused on the industrial and business services sectors. Isaiah began his career as an analyst at J.P. Morgan, where he worked in both the firm’s leveraged finance group and mergers and acquisitions group. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bethune-Cookman University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
