Jill Bright is an operating executive at Crestview focused on human capital management. Jill most recently held the position of chief administrative officer for LionTree LLC, a global M&A advisory firm specializing in the telecom, media and technology sectors. She previously served as executive vice president of human resources (“HR”) and administration at Sotheby’s where she led the HR and administration functions internationally through the public company’s sale to BidFair USA. Prior to joining Sotheby’s, Jill was chief administrative officer at global architecture and design firm, Gensler, overseeing HR, talent development and community affairs. Jill spent more than 20 years at Condé Nast leading the HR group for over a decade until her appointment as chief administrative officer. Early in her career, Jill held senior human resources roles at American Express. Jill has been a board director and chair of the compensation committee for WOW! since 2017. She was appointed to the board of directors of Interactive Brokers Group, Inc., an automated global electronic broker in 2022. Additionally, Jill serves as a board director for two Michigan-based companies—data services management firm, Service Express, and OneMagnify, a digital performance marketing firm. Jill was also an independent board director for Cumulus Media following her completion of the Deloitte Board-Ready-Women Program. Jill served as Mayor de Blasio’s representative on the board of the New York Public Library from December 2017 to December 2019. In 2015, Jill was appointed by Mayor de Blasio to the Quadrennial advisory commission to study, evaluate and make recommendations for compensation levels of elected City Officials. Jill received an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Marymount Manhattan College, where she is a former member of the board of trustees.
