Mel Erchick is the vice president of human resources at Crestview, with a broad focus on the firm’s people initiatives. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants and advanced Pilates training.
Bio
Melissa (Mel) Erchick joined Crestview in 2025 and serves as the vice president of human resources. Mel joined Crestview from Siris Capital, where she worked for nine years, most recently as the vice president of talent. Mel began her career at M. Safra & Co., a family investment office and subsidiary of the Safra banking conglomerate. Mel received a B.A. in Political Science from Southeast Missouri State University and holds executive certifications in HR from the Cornell University ILR School and the Talent Management Institute at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
