Pooja Mantha joined Crestview in 2023 as the deputy chief compliance officer and is focused on the firm’s compliance program. She joined Crestview after six years at Waterfall Asset Management where she was a vice president and deputy chief compliance officer. Pooja began her career at PDT Partners as a compliance analyst. Pooja graduated from the Bernard M. Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business with a B.B.A. in Finance & Investments.
